Leverage up to 1:100 is available on NevaPips funded accounts. While leverage can amplify profits, it equally amplifies losses. A small adverse price movement can result in rapid loss of an entire account balance. You should only trade with leverage levels appropriate for your experience and risk tolerance.
3. Market Volatility
Financial markets are subject to sudden and significant price movements due to economic releases, geopolitical events, central bank announcements, and other factors. These events can cause slippage, widened spreads, or gaps in pricing that may result in losses beyond expected levels.
4. Technology Risks
Trading via electronic platforms is subject to technology risks including but not limited to: platform outages, internet connectivity failures, data feed interruptions, and order execution delays. NevaPips makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that execution will be at desired prices.
5. Account Breach Risk
Funded accounts are subject to strict risk rules including daily drawdown limits (5%) and maximum drawdown limits (10%). Breaching these parameters will result in immediate account suspension. Traders should implement robust risk management strategies at all times.
6. Algorithmic Trading Risks
The use of Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated trading systems carries additional risks. Automated strategies may not perform as expected in all market conditions. Malfunctions, incorrect parameters, or changing market dynamics can lead to unexpected losses. You are responsible for monitoring all automated systems operating on your account.
